Peter has over 35 years shaping experience! He started shaping surfboards in 1970 for himself and his friends out of the family back-yard shed. Soon after that DANIELL Surfboards was born. Thousands of boards later, in the early 90’s, the name was up-dated to Division Surfboards.
All shapes are designed and shaped by Peter, so no ghost shaping at all. The boards are shaped, glassed, sanded and finished all in house so the quality control is excellent and the final product is nothing but outstanding.
You can choose a proven and tested board model or go totally custom - the choice is yours. All Surfboards are proudly built in Australia with the highest quality materials.

If youre looking for that special board thats not on the rack we can make you just about anything at all. Offering you total control of everything involved:
Plan shape, rocker, nose and tail. Channels, flyers, concave. Blank density, glassing weights and PU or epoxy resins. Cloth, Texal or Volan. Logo placement, fins, fin systems, fin boxes, colours, resin tints, digital artwork, airbrushing and more.
So whether its a re make of a loved one or just your favorite short board, tow board, kite board, fish, quad, twinny, single fin, knee board or long board we have you covered.

Hot Dog THE DIVISION HOT DOG MINI MAL SURFBOARD
Great for the experienced rider in small surf or beginner learning to surf.
The Hot Dog offers a fuller nose and mid section flowing through to a slightly wider tri fin tail. It has all the features of a modern short board, with high volume easy paddling resulting in a ton of fun to anyone who rides it.
Tail mostly round, however all shapes can be applied to suit your preference upon order. Fins can be fixed or your choice of removable system, also available with a single fin box and side stabilisers. Glassing can be lightweight to strong with choice of volan or normal cloth. Resin tints and art work also welcome upon order.

retro boards THE DIVISION FISH FINGER
TWIN FIN SURFBOARD
A easy paddler, high in volume, super fast & skatey twin fin. This board is the evolution of the single fin, its wider through out with more concave in the bottom, lower rails leading to a wide swallow tail.
This is your ultimate summer fish, ride this board 3 to 6 inches shorter than your normal board. Available with a center stabilizer, fixed or removable fins. Glassing lightwight to strong.

Normal :5'5" - 6'4"
Big guy: 6'4" - 7'2"

burrito THE DIVISION BURNING BURRITO
A HIGH PERFORMANCE SMALL WAVE BOARD.
The burrito is small, fast and loose. It can take you anywhere on the wave you want to go. Best suited for small punchy waves. Ride this board 3 to 4 inches shorter than your normal board.
Tail mostly square, however all shapes can be applied to suit your preference upon order. Fins can be fixed or your choice of removable system. Also available as a quad or 5 fin set up. Glassing can be lightweight to strong with optional carbon stripes on the tail for added strength.

ALL ROUND PERFORMANCE SHORT BOARD
Fast and drivey. Capable yet forgiving in all conditions. This board features low volume single to double concave to vee. Medium rocker. Rails - soft entry, low boxy at mid rail, to blocked hard to tail.
Tail mostly rounded square, however all shapes can be applied to suit your preference upon order. Fins can be fixed or your choice of removable system. Also available as a quad or 5 fin set up. Glassing can be lightweight to strong with optional carbon stripes on the tail for added strength.

A modern day fish, high in volume with modern rails, wide hips and contoured bottom resulting in super fast surfing and lots of fun in just about all conditions, its versatility will amaze you.
Can be ridden as a twin, tri or quad. If you only run one board than this is it. Available as rounded square, swallow, diamond, or round tail.
